WHAT WE DO

Every Saturday, we gather for a time of fellowship as we study God’s Word, pray for one another, and work out together. We currently have a rotating schedule of workouts, allowing for a variety of workout styles and types. Our workouts are modified and scaled to meet all fitness levels and abilities, ensuring that everyone can come and grow stronger together!

WHO CAN COME TO LIFTED?

​

Lifted is a part of Fellowship of Christian Athletes Ministries in the South Bay area of Los Angeles and seeks to reach any individual who is desiring to grow stronger physically and spiritually. We encourage those who attend to bring friends, family, co-workers, kids (12+), parents, and anyone in their lives who is interested in growing in their physical abilities, whether young or old, Christian or non-Christian, beginner or advanced.
