WHERE WE MEET
We meet at Aviation Park Track in Redondo Beach
WHAT TO EXPECT
We love to utilize the track when at Aviation Park to work on our cardiorespiratory fitness. We also incorporate a variety of bodyweight exercises in a HIIT style group workout.
Our workouts each time are different and are modified/scaled to ensure everyone is working out safely in an environment that meets their current fitness level.
