One partner completes the first exercise while the other partner completes the following exercise, then switch

After Completing Stations 1-7, Sprint Down and Back
Station 1: Jump Rope
Station 2: Weighted Step up
Station 3: Up and Around Ball Slam
Station 4: TRX Inverted Row
Station 5: Battle Ropes
Station 6: Farmers carry
