PARTNER WORKOUT

Buddy Buy-In (Try to do together):

50 push ups (high five for extra fun!)

50 tuck-ups

60 Squats

Complete Each Exercise for 1 Minute With Your Partner

One partner completes the first exercise while the other partner completes the following exercise, then switch

​

  1. Wall Sits, Ball Slams 

  2. Jump Rope, Box Jumps/Step ups 

  3. KBS, Hands-out push-ups 

  4. TRX Hammy curls/Yoga ball curls, TRX Pull-ups 

  5. KB Sumo Squat, Burpees 

WORKOUT #2

THIS OR THAT

 3 times through for 1 min each

Yoga Ball Plank Foot Taps (R&L) OR Ball Plank Tuck Ups

Cardio

Treadmill Run/Walk OR Row

Squat Work

Box Jump OR Med. Ball Slam

Single Leg Work

TRX Pistol Squat OR Box Step up (add weight as desired)

Push/Pull Work

Push Ups OR TRX Inverted Row

Endurance:

Battle Rope OR Jump Rope

 90 Sec, 60 Sec, 45 Sec Work, 2 min rest

After Completing Stations 1-7, Sprint Down and Back

Station 1: Jump Rope

Station 2: Weighted Step up 

Station 3: Up and Around Ball Slam 

Station 4: TRX Inverted Row

Station 5: Battle Ropes 

Station 6: Farmers carry

AMRAP 20 Min.

8-10 Box Jump/Step Up

8-15 Bench Dips

8-15 KBS/KB DL

5-10 Burpees

5-10 Ball Slams

30 Sec-1 min Plank

Sprint
